🚛 Transport Lopes SA, a well-established transportation company, had been relying on an outdated, no-code website that no longer met its needs. The design was old-fashioned, the structure was confusing, and the lack of responsiveness made it difficult for potential clients to access important information—especially on mobile devices. Finding key details about the company’s history, services, and fleet often felt like searching for a needle in a haystack. They needed something better.

🖥️ As a Full Stack Developer (Intern), my role was to transform this aging digital presence into a modern, professional, and user-friendly website that properly reflected the company’s expertise and credibility. The goal was clear: create a site that not only looked great but was also easy to navigate, accessible across all devices, and scalable for future updates.

🔍 The redesign process wasn’t without its challenges. Ensuring a fully responsive experience across different screen sizes required careful planning and testing. Performance optimization was another key aspect—loading speeds needed to be fast to avoid frustrating users. Integrating location-based features, such as Google Maps, added another layer of complexity, and making sure the site worked smoothly across different browsers required extensive fine-tuning.

💡 Despite these challenges, the final product successfully replaced the outdated website with a modern and responsive solution. The new design made information easy to find, improved online visibility, and provided a much better user experience on both desktop and mobile. The company could now confidently direct potential clients to a platform that matched the quality of their services.

✨ This project reinforced valuable lessons about the importance of responsive design, the impact of performance optimization, and the critical role of clear stakeholder communication in web development.

🔮 Looking ahead, I see several opportunities for future enhancements, such as integrating a CMS for easier content updates, adding multi-language support for international clients, and further SEO optimization to improve search visibility.
